  • If you for any reason have an issue or concern, we are here to make it right- Please let us know.
  • Email us at [email protected] with any issues within the first 5 days and provide us with pictures if there is something wrong with your product.
  • If you do not email us prior to returning or shipping the item(s) to our site, we have to refuse the returned package and it will then be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

CANCELLATIONS/ORDER CHANGES

  • Custom Items/Monograms are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as all items are made to order. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing an item from the time an order is placed.
  • Non-Customized Item(s) and Stock Items are subject to a 15% cancellation fee
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

  • You have 5 calendar days from the date you received it to report this to us and we will happily refund or exchange it for you.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
  • Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Due to inspection, cleaning, and repackaging; a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all orders that are returned for a refund. The fee will be applied to the original order. Meaning that you will be refunded 85% of your order total.
  • Orders that are being exchanged or items being returned/exchanged due to manufacturers defect/shipping damage will not incur this restocking fee.

NOT ACCEPTED

  • Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you. You must notify us within 14 days of order placement that you have not yet received. 
  • Returned by Customer -You MUST contact us before returning any products.
  • We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
  • Customs – custom designed orders are non-refundable due to the time and effort of designing and producing the orders for each individual customer. We also cannot resell items with your customization.
  • Discount Credit – Discounts cannot be credited after your order is placed. Canceling your order for this reason is not accepted. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  • FIRST before returning packages – Contact us:Email [email protected] with the reason for the return, image of the item(s) you want to return and your order # -We need to give you an RMA #.
  • Our customer service representative will assist you in getting a return label to return your shipment to our factory headquarters.
  • Please keep a copy of your receipt with your return tracking number.Forward it to [email protected] with your order #.
  • Your order will be refunded once we receive the item.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Products must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges are Non-Refundable.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • We Recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
